NetClad Corp is not a sister company or an outside vendor. It is the brand under which Grupo NetBlu groups the technology products and solutions it develops internally, the same way any company groups its products under a brand of its own.
That matters for a practical reason: when one of these solutions is deployed in your organisation, behind it is the same team that understands your infrastructure, your network and your operation. There are no intermediaries and no transfer of responsibility between companies.
